Eligible Returns

A manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products stored improperly after delivery
Products damaged by customer handling

No Refunds
All products are manufactured, packaged, and stored under strict quality control standards. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned, resold, or reused for safety, regulatory, and product integrity reasons.
As a result:
- We do not provide refunds for products that have been delivered.
- Opened, used, or improperly stored products are not eligible for refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refused Deliveries
Packages refused by the recipient may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.
